Terms of Work
Important:
- Work begins after approval of the technical specification (brief) and receipt of the prepayment.
- Prepayment is 30% of the total cost and is non-refundable in case of project cancellation.
- The project timeline starts from the moment the prepayment is received.
- The remaining 70% is paid upon project completion, before delivery.
- The cost of additional revision rounds is calculated separately and depends on the volume of requested changes. If the website’s structure or style is completely changed, the price may reach up to 50% of the original project cost.
Important:
- The cost does not include domain purchase, paid fonts, or images (if required).
- I do not provide website promotion services (SEO, advertising, etc.), but I do implement basic SEO settings to ensure proper search engine indexing.

The landing page was created for the photography studio Shuttr, which values the art of capturing genuine and emotional moments.
The website for the graphic painting courses "Black on White" is a visually restrained, monochrome, and atmospheric project where the design conveys the spirit of hand-drawing and creative focus.
Jazz Jam is an atmospheric jazz bar. A landing page was created for it to reflect the spirit of the venue and its unique energy.
A multi-page website was created for the pilates studio Bliss, with a focus on clean and modern design that reflects the studio’s atmosphere.

Particular attention was paid to typography — the use of distinctive fonts helped highlight the aesthetics of the jazz era and avoid a generic look.
The website design follows a carefully selected color palette that reflects the bar’s warm and intimate atmosphere.
A complementary font pair was also selected to match the typeface used in the logo.

The entire website was built on a carefully designed grid to emphasize the studio’s clarity, minimalism, and professionalism.
This way, the focus was placed on the most striking works that best reflect the character of the studio.
The main goal was to highlight the unique style of the photo studio by presenting the work in a way that conveys the depth, atmosphere, and attention to detail captured in every shot.
The font is thin, sans-serif, neat, and modern, ensuring it doesn’t distract from the visual content.
Generous spacing between elements creates a sense of lightness and visual "breathability."

The layout is unconventional and asymmetrical, adding creative dynamism to the design.
The color scheme is monochromatic — using only black, white, and shades of gray, creating the atmosphere of a sketch or engraving.
